   Went in to the shop for curry chips and rice, the owner was really busy on the phone dealing with what sounded like a delivery issue, the woman with purple hair that I guess is normally just using the phone decided to prepare my meal, I could clearly see the owner was busy, the woman preparing my food was then coughing all over the fryers, her finger nails were all dirty when she passed me the change, and I literally couldn't even bring myself to open it, let alone eat it, on the plus side, the owner was very apologetic upon return and gave a full refund upon return of the food, the purple haired woman was very abrupt and rude upon handing over the refunded cash, the owner however was very apologetic and polite, I may have just gone at the wrong time, but this woman shouldn't be preparing or handling food, the hygiene I witnessed was unreal.......

   Our first visit was around a year ago now after we watched a livestream on youtube. We have visited almost every week since. Over our many visits I have managed to work my way through the menu and tried pretty much everything on there. I can honestly say there isn't a single thing that I haven't liked. I've even been lucky enough to try specials when available. Everything I have tasted has been delicious. But the dumplings and wontons are just out of this world. We live 2 hours away and make the journey to visit here. I have never been in a takeaway where you can watch the chefs cook and if you can it's a need to see. The stuff they can do is amazing. They're a wok master and queen of the wok for good reason. The family is so friendly and helpful and have even offered us advice for making things at home. If you haven't been you are missing out. I would move to Hull just so I could eat here every night. Highly recommend the Boazi if they're available and the crispy chilli beef is one of my favourite dishes.

   Visited tonight (24th Feb). Shop was empty - food was prepared and handed to me in under 4 minutes. Had a mixed meat chow mein - £7.10. Got home with it and the noodles were just soggy, the beef chewy and the whole dish completely tasteless and gloopy. Worst chow mein i have ever had. Shocking, considering some of the great reviews.

   We have found our new Chinese Take away. Lovely staff, well manared and produce great quality meals which are right every time. They always taste delicious, and moreish. Keep up the great work guys/gals :)
