The meatballs and pepperoni were both out of date an rock hard it made my gum bleed biting into it. The Indian guy was very unhygienic as he were handling the food while touching money, till, card reader. I've made an complaint as this is unacceptable and wasted a whole meal. Subway have been in touch and are not interested so taking it further.

Absolutely diabolical place, they NEVER have Meatballs ! Three weeks in a row.The service is shocking, it's like they are doing you a favor by even bothering to serve you. The lady who appears to be in charge has no customer service skills whatsoever, and is very slap dash with how she makes the sandwich. If you dont like the job or dealing with people, why not leave and find another job?

Ordered of Deliveroo as not had subway in a while. I know why. They always forget items! Always! Missing a tub of meatballs, or bag of crisps etc. not good enough. Stupid lazy service. Pay a lot of money just make sure you put everything in the bag. How is it that hard? I never really post reviews. Mainly because if I enjoy a place I’ll keep going back, and I’ll show my support that way. However, when something is especially bad… and I mean bad enough it sticks with you, and it’s something you feel compelled to share with others due to your frustrations… then I’ll perhaps leave a review, because I’ve no other way to actually let Subway know how incompetent this staff member actually was! Repeat offender also, multiple cases over various visits but this one took the biscuit. First, you’re at work. You probably shouldn’t be in the back room speaking to someone on loudspeaker on your phone… especially when you’re literally ignoring a customer stood waiting for you to finish up your conversation. They finally came over and asked what I wanted, and I asked for a foot long on Italian. They started to put their gloves on and then mumbled something to me. After asking again, turns out there was no Italian. I then asked for hearty Italian. Mumbled again. Sorry? No hearty Italian. Righto, what bread do you have? Italian herbs and cheese it is. Foot long? Already said that part. Now… at no point have I felt they’ve been listening properly, at all. And this is where I recognise as a pattern, as I’ve had this sandwich artist a few times prior… and had to repeat myself before… like honestly my sandwich is not a complicated one I promise. I digress, once we’d got past the bread fiasco, I asked for “grated cheese” to which the response was “we don’t have any bacon”……….. I was a bit confused, so I asked what they meant? They then said I asked for a chicken Cesar but they were telling me they had no bacon… at this point I asked if they’d been listening at all. I asked for cheese. Not chicken Cesar with bacon… like what do you mean? How did you even land there? Anyway, they started to explain it to me - saying something about the fact they had no bacon because they thought I asked for something else off the menu. Then asked me again what I wanted… after already having been told multiple times at this point. It’s cheese. Just cheese. Of the grated variety. One ingredient. Grated. Cheese. We’ve fallen at the first hurdle. I stared for a few seconds, a bit dumbfounded, and then I just walked out. I just said I don’t want anything anymore and walked out. I went to a different Subway in Anlaby. The lads there were spot on and you’ll all be pleased to know it didn’t tarnish my overall sandwich experience - I got what I wanted in the end! I’ll never go back to this Boothferry one out of principle now though, they’ve had too many chances because of convenience but this was the straw that broke the camels back! Avoid - go to the Anlaby one instead. You’ll get a better sandwich first off, and you won’t leave feeling like you’ve just lost a few IQ points from second hand stupidity.

Date of purchase and time October 5th 2022 - 18:37 I bought two footlong sandwiches from here on uber eats to get the free garlic slice I requested both sandwiches be with cheese and hearty Italian Both were cold! Both sandwiches was not hearty Italian i think it was just the plain bread Only one had cheese in it and they didn't send my cheese slice. I called the number for this subway and petrol station about 10 times same night no one answers. Very annoying and frustrating as I have ordered from here before and it was nice but this time it was awful!!! I have pictures to prove!!

I am never overly impressed with this subway, but today I was appalled. The woman was fairly new I think so I understood her mistakes but she was not apologetic in the slightest. She was blonde and older than the other girl. She put cheese on my sandwich without asking which yes is an easy mistake , however I am in fact allergic to cheese. I instantly informed her nicely that I didn’t want cheese and she just took it off, there was no apology but it is what it is. She then put it in the oven, this is when I had to say again that I didn’t want it toasted, thinking she’d have learnt from her mistake and would ask, for her to then just take it out in a careless manner taking her time with once again no apology. She put all of the mayo in the middle then went to wrap it and it all fell apart , she then just ignored this and continued to wrap it anyways, not at all impressed with this, won’t be rushing to go back.
