   After receiving the wrong order, all the members of staff barring one become hostile toward us. When I said it was wrong and asked for a refund they wouldn’t entertain the idea. The food was inadequate and customer service below that good luck to anyone that orders here!

   Very disappointed we placed an order just after opening for delivery had to ring up over an hour later to be told it it would be 10 minutes only for the order to be cancelled 5 minutes later and then to add insult to injury we have to wait 3 -5 working days for our money back! Will not be using this place again!

   What an absolute joke, NO salad with Kebabs, chips and burger COLD. Contacted the establishment and the guy said he WON'T deliver the missing salads as they're too busy and then ignored me, so left with 2 trays of sliced meat, WILL NEVER order from here again.

   Very poor, it’s been a while since we had a curry from ladygate and it’s always been good previously, but tonight was grim, I wish I’d read the other reviews before we ordered as we’ve had chicken madras and a korma, and madras was watery and lacked heat, I ordered pea rice and got some weird sweet rice instead

   Worst Indian food have ever had been too ill to do this ,and it's taken since Saturday evening to do this review also and since been in contact with the east Riding Council yesterday and made a Complaint. Two different dishes and 2 lots of food poisoning from a prawn madras and a chicken korma. We are now on Wednesday and still not feeling well vomiting and diarrhoea all I can say is what ever is going on regarding hygiene in the place needs to change fast before you kill someone and that's not exaggerating by any stretch.
