Generally a good restaurant, dissapointment is an under statement on my order today. Found a band-aid in my beef fried rice and all I got was 'sorry' and a £8 refund.
We had an evening to celebration of my wife’s 80 birthday. We left it to Gordon to arrange the menu and our guests and us were not disappointed. We had balloon and cake arranged by Gordon. Having dined at Confuscious ever since it opened and attended many Chines New Years never have we been disappointed. What points to the proof how good is on many occasions Chinese people were eating in Confuscious they obviously know good Chinese food. Many thank Gordon and team!
Very calm atmosphere. Kind staff, the food looked very fresh and hot. Clean Environment without food smell. With a reasonable price.
Been to this restaurant a couple of times so thought it was time to do a review. The restaurant is not the best decorated but don't let that put you off at all. The owner is always welcoming in fact all his family are as they all work in the restaurant from the kitchen to front of house. The food is just amazing from starters to maim courses. The sauces that are used in the various dishes are all home made. Lovely cold Chinese beer and perfectly chilled wine are also served promptly when requested. Then the bill comes which is really reasonable so along with the great food I keep coming back for.

We have only recently started to order our takeaway from Confucius and wish that we had been done this sooner! All the food that we have had from the restaurant has been full of flavour, plentiful and tasty. Service has been quick and communication good with staff always friendly and smiling! We won't be changing our custom any time soon and would recommend Confucius highly!
Would give a 0 but unfortunately have to give a 1 star as that’s all it allows, ordered a delivery and they took our payment but then logged us out of the account. Phoned up to ask what has happened and double check it had gone through they told us we was lying and that we hadn’t paid, went there to show them my transaction on my bank and was still told I was lying as wasn’t on there system the manager was so rude and aggressive behaviour. He said that he would give me my food but if the money wasn’t in his account by Monday he wanted my address so he could come and find me. Didn’t end up with my dinner and lost my money aswell will never order from them again. Absolutely shocking.
We had a lovely evening here. Great service with a smile and very friendly all the food we ordered was very tasty and nicely cooked. Would highly recommend
Nice little Chinese hustled in back roads in middle of Chichester. Great food and service one of the best I've been in but let down a small bit by looking a bit dated inside, but that won't stop me coming back as the food was excellent.
