Order food two hours ago customer service bad and didn’t know were food or driver was won’t be ordering again
I ordered at 22:15 and it shuts at 23:00 it’s currently 23:20 it’s not coming also £26
I placed my order before I actually looked online to see the reviews, after seeing all the negative reviews started to regret placing the order however I was pleasantly surprised, the food was delicious and warm and the delivery was early and the man that delivered the food was very kind
without doubt the worst food I've ever eaten .. it took an hour and 40 mins to arrive and was shockingly bad .. couldn't even eat it ... PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
Food was absolute garbage, tasteless and terrible quality. Prawn toast like limp fried bread with no prawns on it, ribs were rock hard tough, sweet and sour completely tasteless, we will never use this takeaway again, absolute rubbish, AVOID !!!
Shocking!!! Ordered through Just eat....never again. Order took more then 2 hrs to arrive and the food quality was NOT fantastic. Obviously my order was apart of a multiple drop delivery and almost certainly the last drop. The food was next to cold on arrival. I will not order from this restaurant through just eat again and probably not the restaurant either. If there was a 1/8 star rating that would be sufficient
I’ve ordered twice from this place and it is delicious. Every dish has its own authentic taste and not the generic ‘Chinese food’ taste you get from most Chinese takeaways. The food was late the first time but I’m willing to overlook that as it was a Saturday evening and because it was so yummy. The portion sizes are quite generous as well. Very tasty, would highly recommend!
Poor service arrived stone cold and lemon sauce all over every thing i ordered. waited over hr second lot turned up cold and very poor quality hardly any lemon chicken wont be going back food was unedible
