   First and last time getting a takeaway from here. Pancake roll thick in greasy batter and when cut through grease oozed out. Roughly one forkful of meat from each BBQ rib. Please avoid

   I'm afraid this was the first experience of an awful Chinese. How they get it so wrong defeats me ! Dried up beef I don't even think my dog could chew it . Worst thing I've ever eaten , gutted we wasted money on it . Don't know how they have a licence. Rotten disgrace.

   The worst Chinese food & takeaway I have had the unfortunate pleasure to come across. The delivery was accepted & we were given a time of 5.19. When it hadn’t arrived at 5.50 I phoned,only to be told delivery doesn’t start until 5.30. Was told the delivery was on its way. I accepted this. My husband went outside to look for it as our address isn’t easy to find. The lady arrived as he went to the end of the road. When we opened the bag, everything was soggy. But thought it was just steam. But upon looking at the contents I was disappointed but prepared to give it a try at the least…….well the batter was either overcooked & very hard or in the case of my lemon chicken very under cooked & pale but the chicken was chewy. Inedible at best. The one star I gave was for the Chicken Chow Mein, this was edible but definitely not worth £27. Lams are off my Christmas card list!

   Waited a hour and a half for delivery when I was told 45-60 mins, then what food was delivered was cold, tasteless, Singapore chow mein was just a normal chow mein , pancake roll rock hard and greasy. Then I realised some of my order was missing so I called and asked for the rest which I was told they were on their way 20 minutes later still nothing so I called again and was just told they’re on their way, I asked the girl on the phone to call the driver to see where they were which she reluctantly done. 10 minutes later my delivery turned up, they didn’t have it in a thermal delivery bag and the driver was swinging the carrier bag my order was in back and forth. All in all it took nearly two hours to get a delivery that was supposed to be here in 45 minutes and after all that I ended up chucking most of it away as it was inedible. This is a shame as I’ve always used lams for years but I will never use them again absolutely disgusting food and very poor customer service. Would give zero stars if I could.

   They used to be good..... I dont know whats happened but everything is awful now. Foods always cold, always either over cooked or under cooked and the chips are rock hard. Wont be eating here ever again.

   Ordered 4 different meals for friends on sat 13 Aug. The satay chicken skewers were overcooked (almost burned) with 1 spoonful of sauce. 2 types of fried rice were dry and tasteless. Ribs also were overcooked and had little taste. Would have brought the lot back but we had laid the table and needed to eat. Won't be buying from there again.

   Amazing vegetarian options, but they’ve been ahead of the curve on this for years! Delicious food always boiling hot and cooked beautifully, I live in London now and always look forward to ordering from here when I come back :)

   I've been using Lam's for over 20 years and have had the most amazing food every single time. The delivery service is excellent and usually the food arrives before the stated time. The staff are friendly and very efficient. In short, this is a first class restaurant. Thanks for the ability to order online now, it's easy and s great way for me to order, shame I can't give 6 stars.
