   When we were in there last, people were phoning up chasing their delivery orders. Women behind the counter told one customer that their delivery would be 15 minutes. I'm not sure how she knew this, the kitchen didn't tell her. Another customer phoned in a few minutes later, their food was an hour late being delivered. She told them that they were waiting for drivers to come back to send their food out.There were two drivers stood at the end of the counter chatting to her between phone calls and collections. Such a shame as the food is great.

   Never deliver on time....and never give a quick courtesy call to say it's going to be late...95% of the time it's in excess of 30 minutes later than stated on the site

   Awful service. Super slow, told 20mins for collection took over an hour . It's 2024 Get a card Machine 2025 update. Still shocking. Poor girl behind the counter was rushed off her feet while trying to care for a 2 year. Shocking! Told to collect order at 5.45pm didn't get it til 6.25pmWhat's the point at prebooking. Waste of time. STILL NO CARD MACHINE.

   Had the shredded beef, BBQ ribs and spring rolls. Was ready 10 mins after I ordered it to collect and was nice and hot. Looked very nice and tasted great. I shall order from hear again next time.

   Never been in before so spent 5 minutes or so looking at the menu. Asked the person behind the counter for some recommendations but they were a bit clueless. Decided on a dish and went to pay. Oh, we are cash only, sorry. No signs anywhere outside or inside. Left hungry and won't be visiting ever again.

   I just found out that the owner has been changed and the staff as well and the food service is amazing. The food came warm and in a safe packaging and also the delivery was on time. For sure I will order again.

   I used this Chinese takeaway only once due to my usual one being closed. They did deliver but it took well over an hour to arrive. The food was not only cold but the sweet and sour pork balls were badly burnt and overdone. My experience maybe a one off but I most definitely will not order from them again.

   I phoned the restaurant directly and collected the food. It was ready in less than 15 minutes. The service over the phone was very friendly and there were no errors in the order. The food was hot and delicious, among the best I've had in the wider Portsmouth area. My recommendation to anybody ordering food here: collect it yourself if possible, and order directly from the restaurant for the highest possible service and food quality.
