We were really disappointed at the size of the food portions! The Steak Pie was £23 and yet it came with a tiny ramekin dish of peas and a tiny portion of mash and that was it! The Gammon Shank was more like a tiny chicken leg and cost £21.95! Very disappointing and so will not be going back. A few more vegetables would have gone a long way.
We had a lovely lunch at the 7 stars! Food was superb and molly our server was very attentive. The atmosphere was very warm and cosy would highly recommend!
We had an absolutely lovely meal here at the Seven Stars, our server Beth was nothing short of incredible; she was extremely polite and helpful with questions about the menu and very patient and pleasant. The food was absolutely delicious - we couldn’t fault a single thing, the bread on the sandwiches was very fresh and the honeycomb on the sticky toffee pudding was amazing and made in house fresh as Beth told us. We will absolutely be back to try the rest of the menu :)
Enjoyed some great food, the ambience is lovely, especially with the fires burning. Staff were really good, made to feel welcome, we spent hours chatting, drinking and eating. Will definitely be going back.
Booked a family meal for 8 on Easter Sunday and had an exceptional time. Food was very very good with good vegan options as well as the family faves and a traditional Sunday Roast... they even allow dogs in with the diners, which I love
Lovely large pub. Staff were brilliant and helpful. Food was really good. Plant burger was exceptional.
This pub was much bigger than I expected. Big car park to match. Greeting was well organised and efficient. Staff very helpful. Nice and airy inside. Food arrived in good time and portions were very adequate. Prices were reasonable. I had the ploughman’s lunch which was excellent.
