Great lunch spot - have never eaten in (always ordered takeaway as it’s always so busy). Great food and very fresh.
Have eaten here many times but had a vegan wrap, coffee and cake today within an hour or two had food poisoning. I know it couldn't have been anything else I'd eaten as it was my first meal of the day.
Nice cafe with quite a bit of space, so you aren’t sitting right next to other customers. Prices are really good for the portion sizes. Waiting time for food and drinks was quite quick.
The New shop re-opened after a huge renovation project, purchasing next door to original shop to expand through. And Wow what a transformation. Looks refreshed & revived and very inviting to come in, and sample as always Amazing French Frankes food and drinks. Usually visit Ryde branch once a week with work however due to their refurb we visited Newport industrial estate - the food was delicious as always and the service was absolutely fantastic. Thank you so much! Very happy customers including a tot who orders a 'half sarnie' and gets through it all! Since been back to Ryde and the service was impeccable!

IMHO, the best there is! I will never forget being introduced to crispy bacon, banana, and peanut butter sandwich. This was many years ago, but its utter deliciousness has been discussed many, many times!!!
French Frank's what happened?! Our favourite ever place for takeaway lunch on work days, since re-opening after your refit the fillings in your baguettes/wraps/salad boxes has diminished quite substantially! Understand that costs have risen on supplies/staffing/services, but would actually rather you put your prices up to cover the costs than skimp on filling. Coffee still marvellous!
Great food as always. My toasted pannini came with a side salad and delicious coleslaw. Accommodating staff who were giving the serving area and oven a thorough clean. Reccommend.
Always come here when we stay on the island as its (IMO) the best sandwich shop in Ryde. Loads of choice and always fresh ingredients and well stuffed sandwiches. Staff are super friendly and will also recommend a filling if you can't decide. Prices are reasonable too. Great grab and go or quick sit in yummy lunch.
