   Visited this store today to treat myself. All the staff acknowledged me with a smile and asked if there was anything I was looking for. Young lady called Sasha helped me, So lovely of her to explain the items and have the knowledge. Customer service was second to none. I chose a couple of items, which were taken to the till and wrapped. The manageress Tracey was on hand with a friendly smile and greeting, such a great experience that will definitely get me back in the shop. Door security opening on arrival and exit is a great touch, Many shops could learn from this. Well done to Tracey and all of her colleagues, Management well placed.

   Great store! I came in Saturday and got helped from the minute I walked in the door. The male member of staff (not sure on his name) dark longish hair… was helping me make most of the sale finding items that were a great saving. Spent lots of money but very happy with the items I got! Thanks again

   I travelled to Portsmouth solely to exchange or last resort return a Barbour coat which unbeknown to me the Portsmouth store did not stock, nor is a return allowed from an online purchase, another fact I was unaware of. An attempt to call both Portsmouth and Southampton stores both ended in calls unanswered, which, if answered, would have obviously stopped an unnecessary journey. I was advised that at the Portsmouth store 4 staff members had called in sick therefore unable to answer the phone. I personally find this unacceptable, especially when I find 3 staff members on 1st floor and 2 on second floor standing behind counters with not a customer in sight. It seems to me Flannels are happy to offer a higher end product with the same old Dorothy Perkins kind of service. #happytotakeyourmoney

   Staff rude especially bleach blonde middle aged lady. Followed us around the hole time. Shame really as they have nice clothes but need to train there staff properly. They have security on the door and only one way in and one way out so do your job and let security do there's. Smile, be polite and serve not stare. Politeness goes along way!

   Bought an expensive Vivienne Westwood watch from this store which stopped working after 4 months, took it back to the store with the receipt and the store manager refused to exchange it. Possibly it's just the battery needs changing, but I wouldn't expect to be sold an expensive watch with a battery that runs out after just 4 months , in fact I wouldn't expect to be sold any watch with a battery that runs out after just 4 months, so they have either sold me a faulty watch or a used battery, either of which should give me the right to an exchange if they cant fix the problem for me, which the store manager is currently refusing to do. In the case that it's not the battery, I'm very wary to try getting the battery changed as it may affect my rights, because if the watch still doesnt work after changing the battery there is nothing to stop flannels saying they wont exchange it because it has been tampered with, which considering the poor customer service received and treatment of my consumer rights so far, I would fully expect them to say. I'm just really glad I didnt buy it to give as a present.

   These high end places like Flannels don't care about you or your money. bought a rucksack for £155 and it was faulty so they weren't interested. I got em back tho, security is rubbish so I took advantage.

   Came into Portsmouth store today to buy some trainers. Was acknowledged by a shop assistant, Sabrina. Who helped me find the right trainers, gave me her honest opinion and went above and beyond to help me with the fitting and trying different sizes. Amazing service, and so grateful to her

   Door was held open by a security guard, on entry and leaving, nice touch. Ground and first floor are menswear, women's on the floor above, there are escalators though. Products are expensive but that's to be expected as this is high end. Not really my style of items but that's a personal choice and of no fault to the store. I definitely recommend if you love high end current fashion and accessories, I will return here for gifts for others though.
