Everything is fine but the air is polluted with dust or something that triggers hay-fever which is extremely annoying.
Very poor quality items, 3 items in a row, awful fit, fabric gathers in strange places, poppers that don't work. Avoid at all cost or at least keep your receipt or you'll end up fighting for a £7 refund on £40 of poor quality clothing.
Ordered 6 suits for a wedding which somehow store lost and they can't just reorder I have to wait god knows how long for refund before I can then reorder ! System needs to change !
Beautiful, classy-feeling shop and changing rooms. Gorgeous clothes at decent prices. Staff are lovely and friendly. Only issue was the girl at the till pulled the coat hanger through the neck of the top I was buying, potentially stretching it, so little bit of training needed there.
Came in and staff were so attentive and kind. Found a handbag I liked and noticed a little scuff on it and told my friend I was with. - A staff member must of overheard as she apologised and quickly offered to look for a unscuffed one in the back and was super fast at returning. Such lovely customer service. :)
