I like Peacocks for their variety and the sizes of clothing fit like they should do. It's not too expensive nor really cheap either. It's an in-between with a decent collection for men, women, and kids wear. The shop is clean and the staff is usually very kind and helpful.
I had a very disappointing experience today at Peacock. My husband and I went shopping, and from the moment we entered, an Asian man in a suit kept following us around and staring at us very rudely from head to toe. It felt like we were being treated as if we came to steal something, which is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. As paying customers, we expect to be treated with politeness and respect, not suspicion. This kind of behavior creates an uncomfortable and unpleasant shopping experience. Management should train their staff to be more professional, courteous, and welcoming to all customers. I hope Peacock takes this feedback seriously, because no one should feel harassed or judged while shopping.
I came into Peacock today after doing some painting work at our new home, so yes!!! we might not have looked perfect, but that doesn't give anyone the right to judge. One of the ground staff (Asian guy with black hair) kept following us around the store, making us feel watched and uncomfortable the whole time. The worst part? When my little boy picked up a ball, the staff member asked “Are you going to buy it?” in a very rude tone. Seriously? That’s not how you speak to customers, especially children. We felt embarrassed and completely unwelcome. I’ve liked this store before, but this experience really changed my view. Peacock needs to train staff better — respect and kindness cost nothing.

As soon, as i walked in i was followed by a man with dark brown hair and a suit. It was very strange and intimidating he then went on to ask me “What are you buying then?” Practically assuming i was stealing. The lack of respect in this shop was shocking! Do NOT come here !!
Its about the closing time.they close this store after 16.00.anyone working in office Won't get it open during weekdays. Hope they will keep it open till 1800.
Staff here are really friendly, but it's let down by a lack of range for kids and men. Women's clothing takes up about 90% of the shop
The shop seems to be ok. The clothes aren't destroyed by Karens' make-up so you will for sure find something for yourself. The shop is clean and the staff is usually very kind and helpful. During COVID pandemic, the staff and most of the people are wearing masks or other PPE and there is a bottle of hand sanitiser near the entrance so the shop is safe.
It's okay. Far as I have experienced the store is managed terribly, by sloppy shoulder management staff and the poor sales assistants do the best they can considering. Not badly stocked, can be messy. Never can find anyone about to ask for help even when quiet as any of the few assistants working need to manage the point of sale desk.
