   I ordered dresses that were so pretty but didn't fit my kids, the owner contacted me with the address to return and I explained I loved them but they just didn't fit, I got sent measurements etc to see what size would best fit the girls and arranged for bigger sizes to get sent out. I then became a pest and wanted to add more on to my order. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt like a valued customer. Thank you so much you have been so helpful and these dresses I ordered as stunning xx

   Orderd a boss set for my son recieved a phone call within 20mins stateing they didn't have the size I orderd so I asked for the next size up, so glad I did as it is a perfect fit, recieved the items 2 days after ordering, brilliant service and really nice helpfull woman who rang will definitly be buying from here again

   Package never come and tracking number shows an error message on the royal mail site. Nobody answers the mobile number on google then send a text with the shop number which nobody is answering within the stated opening hours. The item i ordered wont fit the baby by the time it gets here if it ever does.

   So it’s been around a month and I’ve still only received 2 items of my order- I called up and a lady clearly frustrated and rushed off her feet told me to call back another day as she was unable to assist me and tell me where the rest of my order is.. I’m still yet to receive information and an update on my order. Really disappointed and won’t be ordering from this company again.
