   Great service provided from the first visit to the shop helping us find the next stage extended rear facing car seat for our son that would fit in our car with tall driver and passenger. Once we ordered what we liked and received it there was some issues to fit it securely in our car which was resolved following a second visit to the shop where they spent over 1h with us trying different ways to install it, showing us how to properly fit our son in it and made sure it was absolutely safe for our toddler, and for our peace of mind. Would recommend to others and would come back again despite being 1h drive away.

   Best all in one baby shop in the area. A small family business that we have depended on several times. The staff are extremely helpful and give great advice, they are passionate and genuinely care about you and finding you the best product for you and your baby. They helped us pick out our pram and both our car seats. We have recommended several friends to this store and they have also had great experiences with them.

   My husband and I bought a car seat for our baby grandaughter earlier this year. We were very pleased with the open welcome and friendliness of the staff, the time we were given to discuss options and the advice we were given, which we felt to be honest. After approx 6 months I returned to the shop to ask for some advice, checking the fit of the seat in the car and also the fit to my granddaughter as she grows. Again, warmly welcomed, reassured and advised to return for any future concerns over the fit of the seat for our granddaughter. Highly recommend this shop and its staff - as a result my daughter also went to buy her next stage car seat and was also impressed with the advice given.

   Although the shop was busy on a Saturday afternoon, when we got to speak to someone they were absolutely excellent. Thoroughly knowledgeable about their range of car seats and they really listened to what we said and wanted (unlike the high street places we've visited!). They also let us try out many seats, including how they fit into our own car despite it being closing time. Really excellent advice and far better range of seats than in most other mainstream places. Highly recommend this place!

   Exceptional service and genuine care! This company has been an absolute godsend. After doing a lot of research into car seats, I decided to keep my son rear facing and came across this company on an ERF car seat Facebook page. From the very first message, Anne Marie was brilliant, she replied quickly, was incredibly knowledgeable, and couldn’t do enough to help. Even though I live 4–5 hours away, the aftercare and support were second to none. When it came time to install the seat, Anne Marie guided me through the process with video calls and clear communication until I felt completely confident. A few weeks later, someone drove into the back of my car. Worried about the car seat’s integrity, I messaged Anne Marie, and she replied within 30 minutes, before 7am! That level of dedication and care is rare and so appreciated. Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service and expertise. I can’t recommend this company enough!

   We found baby B store while I was pregnant, it is the most amazing small business I’ve ever used. All the team members knowledge, kindness and wanting to help is outstanding. We ended up buying our pram, cot and car seat from there. We’ve recently been back as my son out grew his car seat, and as usual they have been outstanding. Issues with Maxi Cosi but they have dealt with the issues like true professionals. Let us try out a cybex instead as we were on a long road trip and ended up switching the one we had on order. Holly in particular has been amazing each of the numerous times we’ve ended up in the store. If you want great service with great products for your new arrival, 1000% use BabyB store!

   Company which probably is more time close than open. Drove with my pregnant wife 2 hours to see them and day before that I did message them to double check if the are open. I was assured that they are and on arrival I only bounce back from the front door..... When I messaged the company, I believe I spoke with the owner who stated that the employee (sister) had go urgently to school as child hit the head.... Fair enough for me, however the owner/manager should arrange cover of that person..... Long story short, she promised to cover our expenses such as petrol and 6 weeks past and no respond. I even wrote kind reminder just to be ignored. Company is not professional and not trust worthy. I would advise to avoid them.

   Absolutely fantastic. Me and my partner went in after seeing a pram from John Lewis but they had absolutely nothing on Karen and her business. She was so helpful. As a first time mum, due in Jan 23, I felt a little lost for what I needed and what pram done what. She didn't just try to sell me any old thing either, but what would work best for me and my partner. She really spent time speaking to us, getting to know what it was we were after and offered advice. I felt because she had children of her own she really understood our needs. Couldn't thank her enough!
