   Absolute disgrace. Ordered our food supposed to be delivered in half an hour. Just eat app said enjoy your food while waiting 45 minutes with no food delivered we rang and they said the driver waited an hour. Obviously this was absolute lies as the order was only put in 45 minutes before we rang. They said you won’t get the refund and if you have a problem to come into the premises. Very threatening behaviour. Don’t order from this premises and we will be contacting just eat and apache head office.

   Delivery, once again included the wrong drink, because it wasnt in stock. This is the third or 4th time this has happened. But they didn't deliver the ice cream I paid for and the manager was supposed to ring me and they haven't. And no refund has been issued. Don't get me wrong, the actual delivery guys are lovely . I just think the store stock is badly managed.

   Called shop because the pizza was late. Told it had just left. Delivery driver called 25mins later saying he had just pucked it up and asking for directions. Still haven't got our order 50mins after delivery due. What is the point of ordering for a specific time if they ignore it. I suspect they had forgotten the order and only dealt with it when i phoned to see where it was. Poor, very poor.

   I DO NOT RECOMMEND - While the food is overall fine, the customer support is unbelievable bad. Sometime back I had a problem with them and ended up speaking with the manager (which he was pleasant). Tonight, I am still waiting for 2 missed items from my order which was delivered 6pm, nearly 4 hours later, I’m still waiting. I have phones numerous times, and each time to be told it’s “on its way”. Tomorrow I will contact Apache Pizza HQ and the manager of the Kilkeel branch.
