Tryed to order through the kilkeel eats app sat 28th, keeps telling me it's closed so ordered delivery a pizza max instead
Got 2 pizzas last night.. was rotten very soggy and very under cooked.
Ordered 2 12 inch pizzas, one margarita and one meat lover, received neither. We instead got their chicken and chip pizza, which looked horrible. Over £40 down the drain!
Food was really good but customer service was terrible. My partner got injured on the premises as a heavy board fell onto her, and the staff laughed and not one person asked if she was OK, she has been left with a bruise the size of a watermelon. If that had of fell on our 2 year old child she could have been hospitalised.
New owners have continued the high quality food and u won’t be disappointed! The standard is as good asu would get anywhere
Pizza was lying in a pool of grease and meat was very mushy
Pizzas are ok, lots of toppings, but soggy in the middle. Ended up scooping mine up from the box with a spoon. Service was busy but seemed a bit chaotic. Think my pizzas had been sat there for a while. Staff were friendly though. Buffalo wings were tasty, sauce had fallen off by the time I got home, but they were cooked well.
Dirty donic all the way. Best feed on the menu and best chips in the town
