   Ordered a Hoagie tray & a Chicken Gouijon Kebab, when ordering the food it took 6 attempts for the order to be understood The food arrived over an hour late, chips were like cardboard and stuck together, kebab meat was like leather and had no taste. The Hoagie Tray came with a Curry Sauce dip which could be best described as dirty water...... The Gouijon Kebab was only half filled with chicken Clearly the staff don't care, on a previous walk in visit it took a customer 4/5 attempts to order a bottle of Coke I would have given no stars as a rating but unfortunately Google doesn't give you the option Try somewhere else or save your money, the worst food I've ever spent money on

   This place is an absolute joke. Took 1.5 hours for my order to arrive, and every single time I rang (three times in total) I was fobbed off with the same nonsense saying “10 minutes.” Stop lying to customers it’s insulting. And it’s not even a one off. Same disaster when you go in person: staff strolling around aimlessly, cracking jokes at each other, no urgency, no clue, and definitely no respect for customers. The place has gone completely downhill, lazy, disorganized, and dishonest. If you value your time or money, avoid this place.

   I ordered food and told them only chilli sauce on kebab and they put garlic on it even tho I told them about an allergy and when I phoned someone that couldn’t speak or understand English told me she was going to speak to manager to phone back so I did and it was the same person pretending to be a manager! This is everytime I order from here they always mess it up well won’t be ordering anymore absolute disgrace the food was also freezing may I add

   Recieved pizza's quite quickly but i had ordered and paid for cheese stuffed crusts on both pizzas med and extra large and neither of them had them. Also med pizza which was cheese and tomato didnt have enough cheese and was extremely dry which was very disappointing. Also the delivery guy dropped the dips at the front door and expected us to use them.

   Raw Mushrooms in Kebab Ordered a Donor Kebab today with Red onions, lettuce, mushrooms and garlic with sweet chili sauce. I never expected them to just throw RAW UNCOOKED MUSHROOMS into the kebab!! I usally get mushrooms from another take-away in my kebab and they are always cooked and not raw! I phoned them up to make them aware, and their answer was "we dont normally put mushrooms in our Kebab, thank you and goodbye!"

   Placed order online to collect. Got home and 1 of the pizzas was plain when I ordered 3 meat toppings!!! It wasnt my mistake as I triple checked my order and funny how the rest of the order was spot on but the create your own was wrong!! Chips where too crunchy to be fresh and it was just about warm enough to eat!! Will not be back!!

   Food was okay, but an hour and 40 mins for delivery?? Was quoted an hour, fine. Called when it had gone more than an hour and they said they had just started our food, and took another 40 mins for 2 burgers, doner and taco chips. Nothing technical about a couple of burgers & kebab that should take that long to deliver. Plus fee of £5 additional for the delivery. Shocking.
