   Had such a helpful experience today in Fareham with Charley. I just popped in to look around, but saw the bugaboo pram I’d been looking at online. I didn’t have an appointment, but Charley spent about an hour showing us the pram attachments and the car seat. She was so unbelievably helpful and very knowledgeable. So glad I visited this shop!

   Attended a Buying for Baby in store appointment with Cameron at the Whiteley store and he was brilliant! He took the time to explain everything to I & my husband; you can tell he’s very knowledgeable. He was friendly & polite. Some of the Black Friday deals were also pretty good… went in for a car seat and ended up leaving with much more.

   After recently finding out that we were expecting our first baby we thought we’d go into mamas and papas to have a look at what we might need and were made to feel totally at ease by the staff in there. Harrison particularly took us through how to use and fold down the prams and all of their attachments and the lady in there who’s name I didn’t get was also extremely helpful when talking to my wife about the weight of the pram which is something we hadn’t thought of! Expecting our first baby is very exciting but also quite daunting when it comes to buying everything you need! Really grateful for the help Harrison gave us today and we’ll definitely be back to get all of our other bits we need. I’d highly recommend going to mamas and papas in Whiteley as the service is excellent and there’s plenty of options to choose from. Thanks again Harrison you made our day!

   Our experience at Mamas&Papas in Whiteley was good. We had Sophie, if I remember well, who helped us with all the info we needed. She explained to us in detail everything about the car seat, pushcair we wanted to buy and also gave us the best offer. When she wasn’t sure about something she went to check with her manager.

   Such a friendly team, really couldn't do enough to help us. Popped in to get some gifts for a new born and the team not only were a good laugh, but took off all the prices and laid out beautifully into basket we bought. Huge thank you to Danni and Katie for all your help today. Hope you'll get that Five Guys soon!

   My daughter bought an Elvie breast pump (£170) from here. Within 9 days it had stopped working. Not good with a 16 day old hungry baby. Despite the receipt stating "no quibble refund with 30 days " it took nearly an hour. Told by staff had to get a refund code from Elvie. Told by Elvie would take 72 hours for this!!. Emailed Customer Services and heard nothing. Will never shop here again. Sorry I bought nursery and transport system (£3500) from here.

   I was super excited to visit Mamas & Papas for the first time yesterday, but left bitterly disappointed. We were the only customers in the entire store and there were four staff members, and yet even on entry to the store or when looking around we were not acknowledged or offered any help. It's such a shame for a company who claim to have such a high customer service rating.

   I have had two faults with my travel system so far. I cannot fault the service from this team. They have been amazing and have bent over backwards to help. They are absolutely brilliant and I cannot recommend them enough.

   Great customer service! Went there because the brake pedal snapped off the pushchair we purchased in January, the members of staff found the date we purchased the pushchair on our account without me having to go home to find the receipt. They then found the correct brake assembly in stock and fitted it straight away so we weren't without a pushchair. Can't fault that level of customer service!
