Do not buy from this company. Ordered an item a month ago but it has never been delivered contacted them many times asking why and also about 5 times for a refund just to be ignored. It seems they have my money so don’t care. It seems they have a no refund only exchange policy….??
Ordered a dress two sizes up so my daughter had plenty of room after being advised the dress didn’t come up small (as I no Spanish does) still to be way to small and the zip wasn’t working when arrived and material threaded. To be told can’t be refunded but got sent another dress TWO sizes to small! Gutted my daughter didn’t have her birthday dress and still not 2 months later. Really disappointed. Won’t be ordering again. What a disappointment.
