Brought my son a lovely pair of trainers, all the staff are delightful but Mia the lady who helped me was absolutely brilliant, helping me look and find the perfect pair of shoes for him which he adores!
My wife and I both bought a pair of NB trainers and Jack's customer service was superb, giving advice and support!
First time visiting schuh for school shoes (secondary school) we were helped by felix, What can I say about felix? Felix was an absolute superstar in making sure the shoes we had chosen fit perfectly. I've never had that sort of service before and was very impressed I will definitely make a point of using schuh in the future

Great range of footwear for all. The shop is always clean and tidy with nice displays. Never have to wait to be served which is excellent. Needs more space creating for people to get around with pushchairs as the children section is right at the back of the shop. Quite good on the pricing I think. Love the Timberland boots range they have in store. Sells some trainers you can't get else where and a bigger range of them, these are the Adidas Gazelle trainers.
Normally love this shop and come here loads times, but I order shoes on click and collect and the box was totally smashed up, no tissues inside shoes, wrong colour shoes was put in and lady in shop trying to blame courier, how can u blame a courier for wrong shoes being put in, got a refund! Put me off going back there!
Having elephant sized feet it's hard to find shoes that fit. The lovely assistant eleanor was very helpful, knowledgeable and a credit to your store.
Sad to have heard that two of the female staff were sat around today and rather than helping customers were pointing out things they “didn’t like” or had issue with, these girls are in the wrong job if they come to work to put people down, especially paying customers such as ourselves. Management should have stern words and a review of the bullying policy read to them.
I have had a pair of vans for 4 months and both shoes have a hole in at the front. Tried to refund or exchange them at the Portsmouth store and they tried to convince me my toe nails are so sharp they cut through the shoes after 4 months and I have not worn them much they still look pretty new. I was refused a refund, credit note or exchange. Will not be using them again with such terrible customer service.
Friendly attentive staff. Good selection and they can order you in a different size if they haven't got yours in a particular shoe. The range that they have is a bit expensive for me so I can't shop there as often as I'd like to.
