   I wasted a sandwich. Didn't get my order right when I got ham in it, which I dislike. Please, just get the order right next time. I didn't want to make a direct complaint bc it would embarrass the workers and I. Also the screens for ordering, get rid of them.

   During my recent visit, I encountered staff who were both aggressive and inattentive. When my order was incorrect—two meatless patty subs missing their patties—I asked about the issue. Instead of addressing it calmly, the staff slammed the receipt on the desk and exclaimed, "Where are the patties on that receipt?" Ironically, the receipt clearly stated the patties were part of the order. Their behavior was unprofessional and hostile, as they were shouting at another customer before turning their aggression toward me. It's evident they lack the attitude and skills required for customer service roles. Despite multiple complaints, these individuals remain employed, which reflects poorly on the management's commitment to quality service. The staff's attitude made it painfully clear they don't want to be there, and this negativity is obvious to customers.

   Went into the “new up” technology subway twice. Both of these times my order has been messed up with simple orders. I also received plastic in my sandwich. This place is unhygienic, rudely staffed and very unprofessional. I will no longer be spending my time or money here. Like others I spend my lunch’s here, however this will no longer be happening. Definitely has gotten lazier after this new technology has been installed.

   I am from Newcastle so I've only been in this subway twice lately and both times, it's been such a nice experience. Each time I've been served by a different male working on their own that day and they've both been so genuinely nice nd effecient. I wouldn't normally take the time to leave reviews but have been so happy with the service I had to share. Best subway I've been too because of these to young guys. Keep up the good work. Next time I'll get your names.
