Poor customer service at Southsea. More interested in getting home than making a sale. Disappointed. Will shop elsewhere.
That's the last time I go here, really unhelpful staff (who previously missold me an incorrect size shoe because that's what they had in stock) who today pretended to be jobs-worths but in fact they were just being lazy, preferring to do no work and chat for the remaining half hour before the shop closed.
We went to get my 18 month old grandson fitted for new shoes. Nothing was to much trouble for the lovely lady who served us! She even suggested that we buy online and then take him to check the fitting once we received them as they were low on his size in the stockroom & if the online purchase was no good it could be refunded at the store!! They couldn't have been more helpful and didn't make us feel rushed at all. Great experience all round.
Lovely staff and super patient with the kids. Take their time to make sure each fitting is perfect abd appreciates that the shoes are expensive so will give you growing room

Fantastic little shoe shop. Not only was I happy to get into some comfortable shoes after my flight, I was greeted with smiling and educated sales members. Very informative and helpful!
