This is a superb restaurant, wonderful food, in fact out of this world food. Superb service, really friendly and helpful. The ambience is lovely, relaxed dining with a touch of class. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back!!!
Clarks - wow! What an amazing find, worth a trip to Scarborough alone! From the understated exterior to the paired back interior, the focus is on service and food and Clarks delivers both in spades. We had the risotto “the best risotto i’ve ever had” and the Clarks Surf n Turf - an 8oz filet ( m rare ) and a half lobster. The steak was melt in the mouth delicious and the lobster - SO fresh, SO delicious. I think i could eat here every night and never become bored. An awesome place i implore everyone to visit. There’s also a free car park nearby in case Scarboros one Uber driver is busy. Essential 5*

We took our family there on a recommendation There was no kids menu and with an autistic child who is a fussy eater we were a little nervous. The team accomodated things like sauce on the side and the four of us enjoyed one of the most memorable nights of our lives. Just wonderful food. Such fresh food, wonderfully prepared and beautifully cooked Of course this was not cheap, and cost half the price of our holiday but it was 100% worth it. Amazing experience that none of us will forget. Highly recommended.
Great atmosphere, food and staff. The place is extremely well designed, chic and pleasant. We ordered the cheesy doughnuts, the salmon and the half lobster, the chocolate dessert and cheesecake. The food was extremely good, the lobster was soft and tasty. Staff was polite and not intrusive, we spent a lovely dinner and we highly recommend it. Best to reserve a table.
Lovely service, nicely renovated. Not overly chic, but certainly one of the nicer places in town. Food was excellent, with a down to earth touch. Prices slightly elevated bit justified by the overall quality of the experience!
Decided to try something different for dinner and ended up here. The staff were very friendly and we were offered a warm welcome. The food was very tasty and very well presented on the plate as well as being hot. We enjoyed the food and left feeling quite satisfied. We would go back again
Food was mostly good. The quail egg tapas was a bit disappointing as it didn’t taste any truffle and the egg was extremely over cooked (blue ring showing already), yet did not carry any flavor. Staff is friendly but not the most attentive to details - didn’t offer more water although the bottle was obviously empty. Took the bread basket away (but not the butter) without asking us if we still wanted it. They were very nice and smiling though. There is definitely room for improvement overall! And it’s definitely better than the touristy ones by the beach...
