   Absolutely beautiful food, we paid £11.80 for an 8oz burger with bacon, cheese coleslaw and BBQ sauce (another local business was going to charge £9.60 for the burger alone!) and a large gravy chip, which fed two people! Plenty of gravy as requested! Food was piping hot and very tasty! The man also gave us a free portion of onion rings as they where going to the bin!

   Ordered a portion of chicken goujons amd they were the bone dry frozen ones you get at home. A small garlic dip was £1.50 and if that wasn't bad enough it was watered down to the consistency of cream!!! Premium prices, rubbish food!

   Got takeaway here a few days ago. Cod supper and a portion of sausages . The food was very tasty and of good quality and quantity. My problem was with the sausages. A portion of sausages is 2 sausages, the same everywhere. Everywhere else I've been you either get about 10 chips or no chips with them, and this is usually reflected in the price. In John macs I got 2 chips! Yes 2 chips!. When I asked the girl she told me they were free. What an insult, her manner is not customer friendly. The portion was £2.30, a lot for 2 sausages oh and don't forget the 2 chips. My advice to John macs is either give more chips or don't give any at all. It really is an insult.

   we went here for dinner today and generally the food was nice. initially the staff were friendly but when we opened our food there was a massive dead beetle about the size of a 1p coin fried onto one of my chips. i was obviously absolutely disgusted so took the chip back to show the staff and when i showed the girl she jumped back so she clearly immediately knew what it was without me saying anything but then she grabbed the chip off me and picked the bug off claiming it was potato skin. i don’t have a photo but i can assure you it definitely wasn’t. i had to leave uncompensated and without an apology. not happy with how the situation was handled at all, i wish they had taken responsibility and i would’ve definitely been happier.
