   Beware! If you order online and when you go to collect something is not available you will be told you will get a refund back to your card. You won't no matter how many times you try to get in contact using the form on the website or send a message or phone the store. Demand a cash refund there and then. The so called "managers" will not reply. They leave the store staff in the firing line and ignore any messages. I feel sorry for the young female staff members working in the Downpatrick store. It can't be a good company to work for. Then they comment on the review but do nothing about refunding the money to the card.

   Really disappointing. Food is good but 3 out of the last 5 times I ordered, they forgot to give me any rice. The last time was the worst. I turned up to pick up a large take away order at the time specified online and I then had to wait an hour before it was ready. I was told I would be given a discount which would be emailed to me but this never happened. As it turned out there were two wrong dishes in the order. As we live 12 miles away we couldn’t go back and get the order changed. One of the service staff was excellent but was let down but poor management.

   Placed an order for delivery at ten to 5, was told to allow 40/50mins for delivery. After an hour the delivery arrived and the driver said he would have to get the order remade as the bag had burst. I rang the shop to explain and ask if it could be fast tracked, the girl agreed. Ten minutes later she rang me back to say it would actually be 40mins as there were other deliveries ahead of us and they couldn't let other peoples food go out cold. After an hour I phoned to see when we would get the order as it was well past the 40mins she quoted us. She said the driver was a couple of minutes away and would be straight with us. We then waited a further 40mins!! Food finally arrived at ten to 8, a full 3 hours after we placed the initial order and it was stone cold, so so disappointed!! It's not cheap we paid £39.30 for 3 cold meals which we waited 3 hours for, really would expect better service for the prices they charge!!

   The quality of food is outstanding! Duck pancakes were excellent, the mussamun beef outstanding. Looked like we were the only customers on a thursday night. Such a shame! Too good for Downpatrick I’m afraid! It’s not cheap and times are hard, but a re location to Newcastle looks on the cards! Shame!

   Main courses are very tasty but expensive by comparison to other takeaways. Recently tried a couple of starters which were tasteless and dry. Was hoping for much better. They keep sending vouchers which I haven't yet found how to work. Tried to order like a normal person (by phone) but apparently that's a nono. If u can have a great meal and a couple of beers for the same price as a takeaway which would you do?
