Millie was incredibly helpful in trying to find an extractor that would work within our ceiling void. Unfortunately the motors on the extractors I liked were too large for our oddly spaced joists. If something had fit I would have bought it for the customer service alone!

I ordered the Airforce New Moon extractor fan in black which I received within 48 hours. It’s a beautiful pendant extractor and great value for money. We get a lot of comments about it. Devine Distribution were excellent with their after sales - due to an error at installation, the ceiling attachment cover became damaged. DD were extremely helpful, they diagnosed the issue and sent a replacement cover free of charge. Delighted with the service and would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A great looking and strong working extractor. Just what we needed for our kitchen as couldn't have any other option. Staff were also very helpful with queries and explaining the different options for me to decide.
Bought 4k worth of Appliances and do not regret it. This company and in particular Millie and Jon Golden are an example of how a Company and its staff should be. They have provided live demonstrations via WhatsApp of their Downdraft hobs to give confidence that they operate as described given that I live around 5 hours away. I cannot fault them in any way - Technical support - Brilliant, Sales Support - brilliant and aftersales service also brilliant. One of the only companies that I've used (ever) and never had a single issue with. You get no run around or conflicting information just really good honest info and a very good deal.
Great products and very friendly team who worked with us brilliantly as we needed to exchange our item. I give 3 stars as they charge a standard £85 fee if you need to return or exchange an appliance for a different one. Unusual for an online site and a bit disappointed especially as the one we exchanged for was significantly more expensive.
