   I visited the Portsmouth Currys store a few weeks ago, and I was very impressed with the experience. The range of products is huge; I found every modern piece of tech I was looking for in one place. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy, and they provided thorough answers to all my questions. I managed to find the perfect device, and the whole purchasing process was quick and seamless. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality electrical goods!

   AVOID AT ALL COST !!! ordered item online to be delivered to the shop. after a week without any updates on my order, contacted them via chat because they don't have any number to chase your orders. spent two hours on the chat with somebody, end up finding out that somethin happened to my order and i have to reorder and wait another week or two. complete joke. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CURRYS !!!

   I did a click and collect order on 23rd November. Received an email on 25th November telling me I had 10 days to collect it. Received a reminder email on 30th November reminding me I had 5 days left to collect it. I went in to collect today, queued and the staff member simply told me the order had been cancelled but they couldn’t tell me why. They sent me to customer services, I then waited about 20 minutes to be seen. The man who then served me was very rude and said that’s not something they can help me with. I explained I had been sent there and he groaned and said he would have to phone head office which he then did. He was very dismissive of me. Eventually it turns out the manager had cancelled my order as I didn’t collect it in time. The manager- Ben came over and I explained I had come to collect within the time period curry’s allowed and he argued that I hadn’t, including arguing there were 31 days in November. When I tried to explain the emails he again didn’t listen, spoke over me and said he always gives extra days leeway and as it had been 12/13 days since I ordered he had no choice. Today is 10 days since my order and 8 days since delivery. He wouldn’t reinstate the order at that point. He did begrudgingly go and get my items and I had to re-purchase them. I had to specifically ask that they honor the Black Friday deals as they wrongly cancelled my order. This wasn’t offered to me until I requested it. I’m really disappointed as always had brilliant customer service before. I fully appreciate these things happen and December is busy but the attitudes from the original staff member at customer service and Ben the manager were really disappointing and made the situation more stressful than necessary.

   Great range of dishwashers but only 2 in stock to take away, opted for the Logic which was the cheaper curry’s own but have to say it’s great and does exactly what it should! Clean dishes every time!!

   Tom is the best salesman in the country. Nothing less than hilarious! We bought a washing machine from him and he honestly made our day. He made us laugh so much and really explained everything well for us. He was so helpful and great to chat with. He genuinely changed our moods from when we had first walked in. He needs a pay rise!    Just bought a beautiful LG OLED C2 65" TV. Huge thanks to Mohammed, Rana, Karan, Hassani and Shajan for answering all my queries before buying. The service was 10/10 and overall had fun talking to them about other accessories / devices I may buy for my personal setup.

   Excellent customer service from Paul and all the staff. Despite being extremely busy with black Friday deals he made the time to check through my list of preferred printers and did a comparison on performance and accessories. Took all our purchases to till and together with a colleague took to the car . Made sure we were aware of all deals without giving us the hard sell . One very satisfied customer

   It's OK. I think it would be better off there was any competition to keep them on their toes. Staff are fairly knowledgeable and helpful.... when you eventually find someone who's not busy! Dogs allowed in and I was even allowed to take my push bike in, once (forgot my lock/chain). The first photo for the reviews here, is not Ocean Park. Don't know who put that there or why.
