   Having taken apart the washing machine and realising that it was the inner bearing that had failed (I already had a replacement for the outer bearing), I was seriously struggling to find any site that could supply the inner bearing that didn't state "available from manufacturer within 1-2 weeks". S2R came through though, had it available and it came with next day shipping if I ordered before 5pm. I mention this purely as I clicked the final payment button at 16:59:56. Technically I was 4 seconds before 5pm. That was stressful. However, it clearly took a bit longer at their end as the bearing arrived one additional day later. Tbh it wasn't an issue as I'd ordered a few less critical replacement parts as well and they all ended up arriving at the same time, and the machine was back up and running within a few hours of everything arriving, so it all worked out nicely. Quality parts and surprisingly fast delivery from France... :shrug: Family is happy again though, so thanks.

   It was easy to order and the frequent updates gave me a sense that my order is taken seriously. The order left your premises and the UK very quickly. The only downside is that it took 3 more weeks to arrive at my house. This is absolutely not your fault but maybe you can pick a better delivery partners.

   I looked at a number of websites for an oven seal with no luck until i found Spares2Repair. Location and matching of the item i needed was easy, the best i found in my search. I only ordered one initially, should it be wrong, we have two identical ovens. Ordering was easy and the delivery quick and efficient. Hey presto, the seal fitted, as i had trouble finding one initially i ordered two more. Price is really good, all three delivered quickly, communication was excellent and any follow up easy and efficient. Spares2Repair are now in my bookmarks as my go to site. Thank You

   Ordered a replacement control panel for my dishwasher. Item description/picture was precise. Spares2Repair was the only place I could find a similar match for the part and I was informed that the part may not fit the model which I chose to risk. Although I have lost some functionality the dishwasher is running again which is all that matters to me! I placed the order at around 4pm and it arrived the next day with updates provided at every stage. Very impressed with their service and will definitely be recommending to family / friends.

   This place was amazing!! We were looking at 12 weeks to order an inexpensive washer door handle from the Canadian distributor and got our washer fixed in 13 days thanks to Spares2Repair. The website was great and we had regular updates about our order, from stock allocation, to packaging, and shipping. We were worried about the international shipping but we could track it all the way to our door. Thank you for providing such a wonderful service! We could have face a very expensive service fee or even more expensive and wasteful washer replacement, but thanks to the service you provide we fixed it ourselves for $20. Thank you again!

   Worst company possible! I ordered on Oct.15.22 a cable for a laptop for one of my customer. This cable never came. The phone is answered by a robot that doesn't even give you the opportunity to record a message, and on the website you get automatic answers. Tracking Number provided cannot be found on the Post Office website. So basically, they used my money for almost two months after which they returned my money without any explanation, not a single word of apology. Disgusting !

   We recently renovated our kitchen and by error the the door fixtures to my new integrated Smeg dishwasher got disposed with my old kitchen. When the new kitchen arrived we had no fixtures to attach the new kitchen door to my dishwasher. I was able to put the model number of my dishwasher on the Spares2Repairs site and found the original door fixings. I ordered it and requested the express delivery service. I'm super impressed with the service. The communication was excellent, keeping me informed of my order and delivery times. The product is excellent and fitted exactly. Highly recommend this place for all spare part needs!!

   Bad experience, order and paid a part, once paid asked more money for shipping due to discrepancies with their shipment company, paid doble the initial shipping cost, then the part came damaged due to very poor packaging and maybe handling, when complained they offered 10% refund, for the price of the part, at this point I’ve spent more than 100€ in the part, more than 30€ in shipments and 40€ in customs, so the the 10% of refund is a joke, also offer a full refund loosing the 40€ from customs and the 30€ shipment wich makes no sense, refused all of that.
