    I purchased a Acana Carpet moth treatment from Los store and was charged £30.99,the price was marked on the item,I paid this but when I got home I check the price online and found I could buy the same item at John Lewis for £13.99 and even cheaper if I purchased online,I took it back and got A refund which was Ok but inconvenient as I live in Fareham. I appreciate that smaller shop find it difficult to compete and am happy to support them but would suggest that this price difference is excessive.

    Staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There is a wide range of goods and if they haven't got what you want, they'll either order it in for you, or advise you where you can get the item. You can also have items delivered if you live locally. All in all, Homeflair is as good as it gets.
