Really poor excuse for burritos, rice is usually mushy, little to no spice in the filling, sad excuse for amount of re fried beans on it (basically a teaspoon of beans spread thinly across the wrap) and "toasted" is just a lie, calling it a burrito i think is just an insult to good Mexican food, should just call them wraps, if you're starving i suppose it'll do but not anything to look forward to.

Ordered a 10 inch burrito from the meal deal and this is the sad excuse of a burrito I received… more like 10 centimetres. Not to mention the teaspoon of rice and chicken. Half of it was pure tortilla, absolute joke.

Takeaway | €20–30 I ordered a medium “toasted” burrito for nearly €14, in the description it says that it’s made with a 12inch tortilla. As you can see in the picture, the burrito doesn’t seem toasted and it’s literally smaller than my hand. Very dissapointed, I'm convinced they gave me the small portion instead of the medium.

I had a very disappointing experience at Zambrero Maxol Dundalk. We called 10 minutes before arriving, and the person on the phone confirmed the restaurant was open. After driving nearly 5 kilometers to get there, we were told at the counter that the shop was closed. This was at 8:30 pm, even though we were informed earlier that they close at 9 pm on weekends. It seemed like the staff was in a rush to close up early and head home. This lack of communication and poor service was very frustrating. Would not recommend relying on their service if you're in a hurry or driving a distance.

This is the second time I have been disappointed. Not because of the food but a certain staff member. Blonde woman, eastern European. She cannot make a burrito. This is second time she has made me a burrito that you would need a trough to eat it. It was disgusting. She needs to be thought how to make a tidy burrito. There was no way I could have eaten it without a knife and fork. So it went in the bin. Waste of 10 euro. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.
