The manager was never professional when me and my mother wanted to pay for our cloths and shoes, for a family wedding. The other lady’s were lovely and helped us with everything. But the blonde haired manager almost made out as if we wouldn’t have enough money to pay. Made our experience at the shop very unpleasant
I do like quiz especially if you can get a bargain. Which I did.
Even with the sale on the shop was kept clean and easy to manoeuvre around. We had to wait for the changing room but the lady looking after it was very professional and I was so pleased to hear her decline entry to a gentleman who wanted to go in because there were young girls in there. It was a great shopping experience and I came out with a right bargain of a dress. Thankyou!
Quiz was a amazing shop the assistant was so helpful I have been all over to get shoes for a wedding and someone told me about Quiz and guess what I got shoes a bag and a hat no problem
Staff were very friendly shop is spacious but lots of different outfits to choose from ,changing rooms are clean and staff on hand if you need different size etc definitely shop there again
Popped into the Hull store, just to browse and ended up buying 4 dresses! The 2 ladies were so helpful instore, Amanda and Laura. Will definitely go in again!
I want to the princess Quay shop this evening to try to purchase the dress my daughter wanted. I couldn’t find it so asked a member of staff, unfortunately the one she wanted wasn’t there but the young lady was so very helpful and polite. I highly recommended this shop! Such a lovely helpful young lady!
Very rude staff and poor customer service. While I was looking at a potential prom dress, a member of staff came over and was rather aggressive for no apparent reason, asking why I was looking at the item in a demanding tone. She then proceeded to be rude to my friend who went to try a dress on and even tried threatening her, saying “By the way, if any damage is done to the products you’ll have to pay.” She then went so far as to interrupt her while trying it on to say “You might as well let me know now if you’ve caused any damage.” I’m not sure if she was just in a bad mood (though she was very friendly to the other customers) but it was highly unprofessional. In fact, it was rather evident that she was in fact jealous of myself and my friends, though I am not too sure why - perhaps because of our youthful good looks (something she clearly tries far too hard to have). We will never be purchasing from quiz in future and we will not recommend it to others. Very disappointed.
