Very disappointing used to go here regular but can’t now as they don’t stock my size anymore everything is online
I have visited this store a couple of times in the last 6 months. I take my mother who has some learning difficulties and is a larger woman. I take her there for her clothing and must admit struggle with buying her certain things as a male in his late 40s shopping with his mother in her late 60s. I think when I go in the staff recognise this and are really helpful whilst being sensitive to her needs too. The staff are amazing and I'm really grateful for their help when I go, it's a bit like having a personal shopper the staff cannot do enough for you. Well done to all of the staff for their kind service.
Not as good as it used to be, surprising that this store now only goes to size 26/28, and the larger sizes are only online, I always considered yours to be less mainstream, not really a destination store anymore, just a regular clothes shop, disappointing
Wide choice of clothes for bigger girls. Shopping experience is very different from Essex where I came from. I was offered help and when I asked for something not on the rack, the lovely lady went and found it for me in the stock room.
I ordered a black blazer from the yours website for a job interview. It arrived very creased and unwearable. My darling husband tried to steam it for me with our iron but burnt a rather large whole on the front of the jacket! So, I ordered a second blazer and paid for next day delivery. This jacket arrived on time but again was very creased. I couldn’t find any dry cleaners open on a weekend, so in desperation visited the Hull store to see if they had the same blazer in store so I could swap it - but unfortunately they didn’t. Then I got talking to a lovely member of staff called Amora and told her what had happened. This lovely lady went out of her way to help me and offered to steam my jacket for me! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate what she did for me and she turned what could have been a negative review of Yours Clothing, into a positive one! Thank you Amora, you are a true star and a massive credit to Yours!

Brilliant place, Brilliant assistants, nothing is to much trouble for them, I've not been shopping for clothes for year's, the assistant made me feel relaxed and confident, I would recommend yours to anyone,
Visited your hull (prospect centre) branch on 30.12.19 ,the staff were really lovely and couldn't have been more helpful from making suggestions and going through my wish list on app to find what i was looking for . So much choice and amazing prices and even better staff. Highly recommend this store
Lovely shop good quality clothes at a low price, sadly this shop lowest size is only 16 so I won't be able to use this shop in the future.
