Excellent service, i went in last Thursday the 1/8 i could not find what i was looking for, i asked the woman in the shop, who was doing something else, she stopped doing that, and helped me,10/10.
cheap ... great choice and range in sizes...came in today 25/8/23 to get some trousers/jeans for a night out ...not been out since 2019 ..struggled with back due to car accident & then covid hit ..& hence I put on weight unfortunately.....I was struggling a bit & asked a lady assistant 'Donna' if she would help ...she was brilliant ..she gave me a chair to sit on too & picked out a few pairs of jeans for me of which I bought some perfect...Donna was very patient & polite ..a real asset to Clothes factor...I couldn't thank her enough for her help ...& thank Clothes Factor for having Clothes for larger men

Good range of the sort of clothes you'll wear day to day at a fantastic price. The service was quick, friendly and efficient. It's the not the place to go if you want fashion brands but if you just want a decent pair of jeans or underwear.. Or pretty much anything, this is the place
Great prices for some lovely clothes
After a positive experience last week I returned today as i am keen to support small and local businesses in my community. I was met by a rude guy who said i can shop today but not on another occasion due to my disability. I challenged this and worker wouldn't listen and clearly has no idea about the equality act. I decided i can spend my money elsewhere and left due to the rudeness of the worker. I would like an apology and explanation why you think you are above the law
Great shop, got loads of sizes up to 60 inch waist and not bad price too . Always use this shop as a lot of others in hull don't really do any higher than a 38/40 inch. Also 20 % off currently so bargain. Would always recommend.
