Terrible experience with Flannels. I bought an item that developed a fault in just one month, and the store refused to take any responsibility. For the prices they charge, the quality should last much longer, and the customer service should be far better. Instead, the staff were dismissive and unhelpful, leaving me stuck with a faulty product. Horrible service – I will not shop here again.
Great store with wide varieties of designer items and labels. Additionally, a nicely laid out shop to aid navigation and not feel inundated.
Manager Tom was fantastic. He went out of his way to quickly restock some Louboutin sneakers for me to try a size with no intention to purchase, as the colour I am looking for is no longer stocked. He was approchable, chatty and very helpful. I will absolutely be back, and I hope Tom gets the credit he deserves. He is a credit to the store.
I visited the Hull store on Saturday and experienced great service and bought two great items however the one star relates to my visit today to Meadowhall. I chose an item with a Sale tag and a reduced price only to be told at the point of pay that it, and other items had the wrong price on them, no apology or sorry, I was not prepared to pay the ticket price and walked.

Ordered couple items before Christmas from here only received 1 They inform me 2 we’re packed and shipped They say because they checked cctv( so they say) item was packed won’t take it any further Shame really because item I received was good quality Taking matter further through trading standards
At the moment not a great place to shop as in previous visits. The store seems to just cater for the younger generation who only ever seem to dress down and down further still, and generally go out and about looking like they've just rolled out of bed. Unfortunately there is a theory that everything is now about feeling comfy rather than looking smart, I always look razor sharp and never suffer with uncomfortable attire. However if you want expensive shorts and a over priced round neck tshirt similar to the quality of much cheaper stores, then get in this store quick! I love branded clothing and have probably spent far to much on it over the years but even I'm not willing to buy anything that was on offer. Spotted a pair of jeans and a shirt that didn't exactly set my pulse racing, but that was about it. It's not exactly the stores fault no one dresses to impress anymore but if people aren't given the option they never will. Hopefully the range of clothing will change when the new seasons stock arrives, otherwise there will be a lot of very cold chavs shivering in their shorts and tshirts in the winter months. Come on Flannels up your game and get some decent clobber back on the shelves, like you used to stock!
