   Been their customer from last 7 Years. Never had any issues. Ordered a coat online to collect from shop. Despite giving order number and the exact name on the parcel the staff was so rude only because the name on package don't match with my id. She is so racist and unprofessional, she clearly doesn't know how to handle customers properly. Never again!!!!
