Had 2 meze lamb doner meals from them Great meat on a bed of mixed rice Great salad on the side Skin on fries, nice and crispy I will definitely go back to them Thank you!

Been ordering a few times and getting good food, unfortunately this time round did not follow instructions on food, I asked for replacement chips to be delivered or refunded as it was saturated with sauce, they blankly declined, expected me to collect when not feasible. When the manager is there you will get great service otherwise double check on any dietary instructions you give them as they don’t follow them as a policy. From now on I will call them after making an order just so they understand the instructions.
Hit and miss with this place, first order was really good (ordered via their website). Second time went to the takeaway, not sure what the short grey haired mans problem is, he looked like he wanted a ruck, couldn't force a smile. Sauces were missing, gave me the small kebab, when I asked for the large kebab, though charged correctly, I didn't have time for them to make another. Food was not close to the quality on my first order, decent kebab thickness, this time the kebab was paper thin. Whole ordering in person experience was just cumbersome . I get the impression their keen to accommodate shouty, aggressive customers to keep the peace but those customers who are too polite aren't worth the effort in giving decent customer service. May give them another try but will order online to avoid talking to the staff.
I ordered the food, it was very nice but they aren't very good at reading what I wanted... asked for no sauce and they smothered my lamb donner in some random one I didn't like.
Went in the evening past 7pm while staying at Butlins.the restaurant was empty. The portions of food were ridiculously small. But prices were high compared to other places we've been. Children's nugget and fries supposedly come with a drink and ice cream according to their menu, however, no sign of it. Staff don't pay much attention. Overall the experience was poor. 2 stars because the food did taste good.
So if these guys mess up your order, all they are interested in is bringing the missing items! I ordered chicken shish with sauce and salad. All I got was chicken and bread, which will be cold by the time the rest gets here. Will they redo the whole thing like any other decent restaurant? Not a chance! £13 for this? Really? BEWARE, people!!
£3.80 for a chicken strips (plural!) wrap and I get one strip of chicken cut in half to make the strips. No option to add salad when ordering. Regular customer now seeking food elsewhere. Food arrived in ripped paper as though it had got soaked and food lukewarm at best. I do not recommend
Avoid!!!! Really not worth twenty pounds when you can get a beautiful proper fish and chips from other take aways. And the burger was literrly two burgers on a bap. No lettuce or tomato absolutely nothing, cold soggy chips Come on guys? Put some effort into this? Very very disappointed.
