   Ordered recently a few different products, however for one of those, I did order 15 quantities. Taken a day off from work on the delivery date (which was super fast to be honest) and when I have received the productswas all good except the one with 15 quantities. They have sent me a wrong product and instead of 15, they have sent 9. Not very happy but I have called them and I was assured that they will come after 4 days to swap the wrong product with the correct one. In fact one of the managers, assured me that she will make sure by supevising herself the person adding the product. I did take another day off in order to receive the order but surprise surprise, this time was correct quantity but again wrong product. I can understand doing a mistake once is normal but doing the same mistake twice to the same customer looks like has been made on purpose. I am customer of this company for so many years (more than 10) and I can count on my fingers of my one hand how many times they haven't messed with my order. I am sorry but you have one job to do

   *Edit* finally recieved it after i told them it was too late now. They claimed it was an 'error' Charged me for 'Express' delivery and apparently forgot to send it then didn't reply again. PayPal refunded I have given them 2 days to confirm collection or it will go to the local food bank as I no longer need them..too late !!

   Placed an order 4 days prior to delivery - I was then advised that on the day my item would be delivered between 11-12 that day - I then received a call to advise that my product wasn’t available. They took my money for 4 days and then decided that eventually the product went out of stock - this isn’t the first time this has happened - they bank your money, take interest and then refund eventually - very unreliable

   Good selection of products but also heavily overpriced!!!! Also, charges you £6.99 for DPD delivery which is ok, BUT THEY DELIVER THEMSELVES. Never received a delivery slot, or an email regarding my delivery from DPD and the guy that delivered it was wearing a 'Hellenic Grocery' tshirt. So most definitely NOT a DPD delivery. Found that very unprofessional and fed into the money grabbing attitude of the company.

   Great food! Everything I love from Greece and I couldn't find in the UK, I found it I this online shop. The Greek pitta bread for souvlaki is just amazing, the best I've ever tried. The service was great too. Everything arrived the next day! Packaging couldn't be better. Very pleased and I would highly recommend it!

   Great quality products and great service. I have a few allergies so I called up to ask about certain ingredients in some of the products and they were so great sending me ingredient information to my email. Keep up the good work. Will definitely be ordering again.
