We had a problem with our purchase and the guys at Niche were brilliant, sorting the problem out immediately, lovely guys .
Never had an experience like it! Ordered a tracksuit for my son, full payment taken. Half of order apparently sent and left on door step, gone missing. Ignoring emails and refusing to refund any money. Have had to legal advice on how to recover this. Disgraceful customer service! Avoid this company, there are so many other companies to use!
Great customer service always lovely and kind. They know there products and all clothing is best quality. The only let down is they don't do returns although items are in perfect condition still with tags and there abit pushy when it comes to selling is no problem for me but can be overbearing for some. Would highly recommend.
