Amazing customer service, just ordered my suit and I had a phone call about 10 minutes after making me aware that the suit wasn't available, however, i was then offered a suit which was £70 more expensive but given the same price. Absolutely fantastic customer service and a Wopping £70 discount. So this review may be a little biased but regardless. Definately worth shopping with this new buisness. Not only do they have a diverse range of clothing but they have a lot to offer in terms of styles, from wedding to casual, buisness attire or fancy dress. will definately be shopping with this company again.

Ordered some suits for me and my groomsmen and they went above and beyond for me. I got all my sizes wrong and they exchanged them within days without any hassle. Really professional and friendly service, I really highly recommended this place for anyone who is getting married as it was a really quick turnaround and took all the pressure off.
Ordered shoes website says they was in stock paid shoes and for next day delivery confirmation of order received. They Never turn up was only when I called after giving a three day window just incase did they tell me they didn't have them in stock and couldn't get them. no response to emails had to call to find this out although they did refund me right away I feel if someone pays extra for next day delivery its apparent that the are urgent a call would have been nice..
Dealt with Adam and his customer service was second to non, he went above an beyond to help me and get the suit for my other half that he really wanted! He helped us with sizing and sent the suit promptly. The quality of the suit is amazing and the size is perfect, he really knows his stuff! I highly recommend Suits Me!
