Total rip off! £4.18 for a tea!!! Charged 79p for a dash of soya milk! Bought cheaper tea in Harrods! Staff didn’t explain extra charge! On board said £3.39! Penalised for allergy . Also staff looked dirty and scruffy! Charge these prices then smarten up!
Service is just extremely slow. Arrive 24hrs prior to train departure! Ok, only one person serving, doing the best they can. What should have taken a couple of minutes took almost 20. Really not good enough.
Clean, well stocked. Guy serving on his own around 1130 03/10/2025 was very friendly and efficient. Quite busy, but he saw to people quickly and multi-tasked well.
Never have a ham & cheese croissant, everytime the employed complaints that they work by themselves (one of his colleagues was hidden in the back eating but they dont have time to make a croissant)and every morning they have a hostile maner to answer to customer. I would never use cafe local.
I come by everyday for work and if I’m not in a rush I always find myself beelining to get a coffee. The mocha is brilliant and service is always done with a smile, shout out to Kyle who always brightens my day. He knows my order and is great for small talk before I hop on
