Met up with friends here today. The staff were so busy . Only two girls as staff phoned in sick and couldn't cover. These girls worked so hard as the counter was over run with customers and they didn't panic and were very polite and efficient.
Desperately need more staff at the weekend. The staff here look beaten and fed up yet they battle on and try their very best. Come on Costa, give them another staff member!
Came in after a busy Saturday park run and was so impressed with the service from Abby! She was incredibly helpful and polite when taking our drinks order. We went for an oat milk gingerbread frappe and a vanilla frappe – both a little on the complicated side and time-consuming to make – but Abby handled it perfectly. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted. The drinks were beautifully presented and tasted amazing. I really appreciate the time and care she put into making them, especially knowing they’re not the easiest! The restaurant itself was spotless, calm, and well-stocked with plenty of food and drink options. The work area was kept clean and wiped down after every use, and I noticed the blenders went straight to washing up, which kept everything neat and organised. Couldn’t thank Abby enough for such a great experience!
Great location, clean, and really good selection of food and sweet treats. Served by Emma, minimal wait, and loads of seating and tables including outside for the better weather when it arrives.
Nothing really wrong except it’s difficult to believe that a food outlet doesn’t have the basics such as salt and pepper. The guy who served us simply said “We don’t have salt and pepper”. Very odd!!!
A very busy and average Costa in a prime location. It could be down to the store being busy but the overall cleanliness of this branch was lacking and the customer experience had room for improvement. The store manager was brash and didn't have any personal touch to connect with the customers, could as easily have been a checkout service from an automated machine in Tesco. Coffee and cake was good and offered something to like, but overall I was disappointed.
I'm not sure what keeps happening but everytime I order a free drink at Costa I get a medium? And it wasn't a special. Always seem slightly disappointed when grabbing a coffee at any costa.
Such lovely staff, always have smiles on there faces and work quickly to ensure your not waiting for ages! I've been meeting friends here weekly now for over a year and all the staff know our orders before we even say them! There always helpful with recommendations to get the most out of the app!
Great Costa Coffee at excellent much needed location next to Retail Park.Excellent location as only Costa Coffee for over a mile.Staff very friendly and helpful;good layout and design for both seating indoors and outdoors.Had a free latte courtesy of mobile network rewards system.Enjoyed very much;will use again in the future!!
