Very lovely experience at this Costa. My partner was in hospital for a week and their service was amazing and all staff are very lovely and kind.
Shocking service , argumentative staff even though order was placed by machine correctly. Chatting amongst staff while customers waited. Dirty tables . More training needed

Ignorant server called Tina refused to provide extra cup for very hot black coffee as they do not provide sleeves. Made complaint to manager who didn’t seem to give a damn. He told me that his staff member didn’t refuse a second cup when he wasn’t even there for that conversation so how he could have commented is beyond reason. Useless service by this particular manager and this particular staff member Tina. Great start to my day attending Oncology department!!! The staff should be reminded they work in a hospital environment and should therefore be mindful of people who may be attending hospital appointments for some very difficult issues. Regardless of this. They should treat customers with a better level of respect. Never will give my money to Costa again
The staff were absolutely brilliant but after buying a coffee & food, I noticed the shop was covered in probably hundreds of flies. I informed a team member who said management were aware & handling it. Considering it handles food & is in a hospital, still operating without emergency pest control is absolutely disgusting & unhygienic. The staff should all be on full pay leave until it is dealt with.
I don't normally like Costa coffee but there is a girl there that I like so I am drinking more coffee than usual.
The service at this Costa is the worst I’ve experienced anywhere in the country. Slow and disinterested doesn’t begin to describe it. Very poor indeed.
Popped in for a quick lunch. Had a Latte and sandwich and was served by very cheerey Mie who seeing my walking stick brought my latte over.
Dreadful service.. 4 tills... ( I counted 9 staff) only 2 tills working.. queue was out the door.. staff not in the least bothered.. not one member seemed to have any interest in the customers... wouldn't recommend
A disgusting age worn sofa with open dirty fabric that must be teeming with bacteria posing a significant infection risk to both in-patients, staff and visitors. I can't believe the Hospital Infection Control Team have not picked up on this! This should be removed immediately. It been in this condition for at least six months.
