Bad experience! Went there to grab the deal with buying a hot drink and you get a cake for 1£ if you have the costa app. I ordered a hot drink and then scanned the qr code to getthe 1£ cake and I was bit confused cause staff didn t said anything about it and then I asked one of the girls working there about the deal and she said to me that I had first to order the cake and then the drink, when it specifically says in the app with any handcrafted drink you get something sweet for 1£. So basically she said that if I want the cake I need to order another drink ! I am just wondering do they know about the offer or they just don t care? Cause it seemed like they didn t care if their customers get the cake or not!
