The staff were stupid and gave me 4 drinks to carry with no tray and a pushchair and didn't like it when I asked for a tray . the drinks were horrible and no amount of sugar could help with the taste .we didn't even get a offer for eat in cups they gave us take away cups but gave everyone else eat In cups .

Went in at 3.15pm on a Sunday, I could see the guy behind the till roll his eyes as we walked in. Try to order but we were told they couldn't serve us drinks as the machine was off and they were closing soon, they close at 4pm for reference. Would recommend the one inside the shopping centre over this one

As a newly diagnosed coeliac, I made a mistake when ordering. The staff swapped the drink no problem and changed the blender without being promoted. I felt safe to eat/drink here thanks to the attentiveness of Megan. I have never had a bad experience coming here.

No Gluten free lunch options available at all, real shame but that is the company's fault and not the fault of this branch.

Who makes a Frappe for a customer and hands it to them with it covered in Mango sauce and cream with no effort to clean it to prevent the customer getting covered! Barista clearly didn't want to be there. Terrible service.

Visited Costa Coffee Fareham, Cremer Mall, at 9:30am on a Saturday morning. Only one member of staff was on duty and she was polite, friendly and efficient. The store was surprisingly quiet for a Saturday morning. The two of us were the only people sitting inside the spacious premises and only four other customers sat outside. Just as well because the poor girl on her own would not have been able to cope if busier. Whilst we were there, several people came in for take away orders and because the girl was on her own, it took a while to be served. Two lads were impatient and left. Clean loo and main area, plenty of treats/food and choices of beverages. On the whole a good experience.
