Very poor customer service - sales items mis priced and staff refuse to honour the advertised price - happened with multiple items so it’s not a one off event. Staff entirely unhelpful Been customer here for some significant purchases but I won’t shop here again.

BOUGHT A TOP ONLINE AS IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE IN GLASGOW STORE ALTHOUGH NOT AN ONLINE EXCLUSIVE. TOP ARRIVED AND THE FOLLOWING DAY I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SHOWING IT REDUCED BY £18...EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICES TO ASK IF I COULD HAVE THE DIFFERENCE REFUNDED AS THIS HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN THE CASE WITH BOTH JOHN LEWIS AND HOUSE OF FRASER BUT CUSTOMER SERVICES EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL. I WOULD SHOP IN COS ON A FORTNIGHTLY BASIS USUALLY SPENDING AROUND £200 BUT AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE, I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!! I WILL TAKE MY MONEY AND BUSINESS ELSEWHERE WHERE I AM APPRECIATED AS A VALUED AND LOYAL CUSTOMER. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AS THEY DO NOT VALUE LOYAL CUSTOMERS!!!
Going to say the same thing about every COS store. Great design and layout of the shop, welcoming staff and helpful too. The clothes are much more expensive than its parent company H&M, however, what you get is better made clothes that last longer with a clean, minimalist design. Overall, this is my favourite shop in Glasgow hands down. If only you could give Edinburgh a good minimalist clothes store.
