Very few retail shops today that i would return to time and time again but SD Kells banbridge is my first port of call. Lee and the staff in the men’s department are excellent courteous knowledgeable and offer great service. Can not recommend them highly enough.
Visited the shop today with my mum. The service we received from the assistant who referred to herself as the manager of woman’s wear was diabolical. She was rude and nearly brought my mum to tears. I asked to see the manager of the shop. He was very helpful as was the assistant on the ground floor and couldn’t do more to help. The experience on the 1 st floor was totally unacceptable and I have never had such poor customer service ever. Total disgrace.
Very disappointed!! They let us down at the last minute. Placed an order 2 weeks back for a very important occasion, sales lady checked with their supply and confirmed it would be ready. Only get to hear they don't have stock just 2 days before it was due leaving us scramble everywhere last min. They offered an alternative which looked like they were trying to sell the unsold stock.
Went to Banbridge Saturday 22/6/24 . Shopped in Kells store. Found the lady at the front part of shop very welcoming, bought two bargains,shoes and a shirt which were greatly reduced in price. The lady served me was Freda, found her to be most helpful, nothing was a problem,even suggesting I try the shirt on for size. No hard sell either, which I would rather have. Many thanks as it very difficult to find that kind of service in many stores now adays. Chris Bleary

I have been buying my boys school uniforms and sometimes shoes in the men's department for the past seven years and have been treated with respect and pleasant courtesy on every visit.
My experience was one of the most unpleasant. A member of staffs attitude was so confrontative that I went out of the shop without purchasing the outfit I'd selected for my daughters wedding. I was totally and utterly disappointed. Her attitude was rude and completely unacceptable.
