Usually shop here but I went in the other day and it was extremely hot so I had to leave straight away. There was clearly no air conditioning and even the staff looked uncomfortable in the heat. Much hotter than any other shop around
The Mrs.& myself both needed trainers plus the usual clothing for our days out running. Linda recommended JD sports, I usually shop elsewhere. Such a huge amount of trainers to choose from, we must of spent close to an hour trying different pairs. Kielan , the guy on the trainers department was a credit to the shop. Looking after 5/6 customer's continuously . Always happy to help. Brilliant service. Will continue to use the store & recommend to friends.
Prices are quite high but only like most places. Tend to buy in the sales as they do great offers. JD is better than Sports Direct any day. If you need to return to here, even if you bought online they'll let you return in store. Sports direct only let you exchange.
J D Sports has a very good range of hiking shoes and boots. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Whatever time you go, the shop is usually very busy as the prices are very competitive. There was also a good selection of t-shirts, when I last called in.
I have ordered a tracksuit online and the track button I've ordered is big and I went to the store to see if they have a smaller size. All I wanted was an exchange. The staff was very rude by saying they wouldn't exchange because it had signs of being worn, and I said of course I have tried them on and folded an the bottom. They were quite rude, I would recommend a different jd sport location, avoid Kingswood JD retail

Very busy had to queue for a while. Was just returning an item today but staff very friendly and helpful
Was able to purchase everything we needed. Good selection - reasonably priced. Service could be better. Some staff were clearly working hard - others were avoiding helping
Went with my grandson..he was after airforce one trainers..sadly none in stock but he came away with hoodie and jogs matching..they are a lovely bunch and always make my grandson feel at ease.. lovely shop..lovely clothes.. just a good experience.. thanks guys xx
Got myself a cracking pair of trainers from here. Staff was friendly, helpful and polite. The chap on the sales counter was spot on and had a good bit of bantam with him. The shop was boiling I think maybe as air con not allowed to be on what with COVID. Overall a really good shopping experience.
