   Went in to look for some gerbil ‘nibbly bits’ and Trent helped me out with both the most amazing amount of knowledge on gerbils and gave me tips feeding, cleaning and general tips about looking after them. Have to say he is the most genuine person to offer a teuly exceptional customer experience!

Both Trent & Emily were extremely helpful and both clearly have invaluable nutritional expertise & excellent customer skills.    We were served by Ellie today…she’s incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find a better food for my Frenchie who suffers from allergies. She spent a lot of time with us and didn’t make us feel like we were asking too many questions. My Frenchie enjoyed all of the attention too. Ellie also did some research and looked into the wet and dry food I’ve been feeding my Ragdoll and I’ve bought some samples to try him on. What an asset to your team…definitely manager material and I could see her being a vet in the future. Thank you Ellie
