What a best place to buy clothes staff are very friendly. I can’t thank them enough every time I got there I feel like go to my own shot very welcoming. Highly recommended.
Went to buy a suit for my father, and the experience was genuinely disappointing from start to finish. The customer service in the suit section was terrible. Staff were extremely rude, arrogant, and clearly uninterested in helping. There was so much attitude, and any request for assistance with different suit styles felt like a burden to them. To make matters worse, we were given the wrong price for a suit throughout the visit, only to be told at checkout that we had to pay the full price anyway, even though the miscalculation was entirely the staff member’s fault. No accountability, no apology, just a dismissive “so what?” attitude. The lady processing the payment was equally unfriendly and stand-offish, simply expecting us to pay without any explanation or courtesy. The only saving grace was the tailor, who was professional, respectful, attentive, and genuinely apologetic for the rest of the team’s behaviour. He did an excellent job with the alterations, and honestly, we wouldn’t have gone through with the purchase if it weren’t for him. Not the standard expected from Boss, and after reading other reviews, it seems this poor service is a recurring issue. We won’t be returning.
Just went to Hugo to look for a Christmas gift for my father. Horrible experience. I came in looking to see the pajamas to feel their materials. They only had one pajama left in one size, which essentially isn’t a problem. When the assistant said he was going to check for sizes, he went to another costumer to help and came back saying there wasn’t anything left. Disrespectful. Furthermore, there was no willingness to help or research when new ones would arrive. The entire time being, the assistant I was talking to gave me dirty looks and a dry attitude all the way through. I assume this may have been due to my clothing at the time. I find it incredibly unprofessional for the assistants to look down on others based on dressing. Do not come here and spend your money in other stores, Hugo or not. This one is not deserving of their costumers. Absolute disrespectful behavior.
I visited this store yesterday and honestly the staff are not nice at all! The only person who genuinely paid attention and took his time to help me out was this lovely gentleman called Jonathan. He showed interest in what I was looking for. The rest of seem judgmental. If you are planning to go the this store, look for him as he will help you out.
Great location and store, but staff not ok. Went to Oxford street instead, would reccomend the staff there.
Last July, my fiance came here to buy a suit for our upcoming wedding. It was a lovely summer suit. He paid for it and had it tailored to his exact size. Perfect. Then, when coming to pick it up in August, he is told that the suit cannot be located. Several attempts, calls, searches and the suit is LOST. Very little effort made by Hugo Boss staff to answer the question of how this could happen. In the end, he asks to get another one but is told that they are out of that particular suit because it was from the summer line. So in the end, he has to settle for a different suit that he doesn't really like as much. No reimbursement, no discount, no nothing. Honestly, the suits are nice but this experience shows very poor customer service.
Omg I can't beleive how unwelcome they make you feel, like they would rather customers were not there! Went in today and the guy at the door just stares at you, no hello smile or anything.. then another staff member barges past me on the stairs like I'm not there...are they underpaid and hate being there in the store?? A bit of customer service would be nice
Extremely disappointed with this store! Will never ever go there again. AJ from the store attended me and as soon as I got in and I asked for polo tees he said that for some specific colors he should be able to get discount for me. I asked him to keep them aside and went upstairs to see. I bought worth 600 odd pounds and I came home and to my surprise there wasn’t any discount. When I called up today he was extremely rude and kept interrupting me and put it back on me saying that looking at me he thought I’ll shop for 2000 and basis which he thought he could give me discount!! Are you kidding me!!
Went in to get a suit for a film audition and had absolutely awesome help and customer service from Danny who was patient, knowledgeable and extremely efficient with getting all the style and items I required. He provided great (honest) feedback for various looks and made it a very pleasant experience overall. This is my second time visiting the store and I have always received great customer service. Would highly recommend:)
