Filthy shop. Floor was a mess. The top of every hanging framework in the windows were thick with muck and awful to view from the cafe. Was quite disgusting. Even though a visitor pointed this out, the manager did nothing just said she knew about it.
all websites regarding the store opening times say 7pm, yet when I went down to collect a parcel at 6:20pm the store was closed, so I had to walk back home with no parcel and no more smile on my face.

Staff are always helpful and friendly, good selection for a smaller store. A good shop to have in hehxam with free parking.
Beautifully designed modern building; all glass and light. a good sized Home section as well as Mens' and Womens' sections. friendly and helpful staff. Right next to a big [free] car park.
